Question: I am facing constipation problem from past few months. I saw blood during my bowels and I doubt if I have piles problem. If it is so, is there a permanent solution for this. I am feeling stressed about this everyday.

Brief Answer:
Surgery is the permanent solution to PILES.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....

Thank you for your post.
I have read your query and understand your concern.

This probably could be Haemorrhoids (PILES) as your doctor has prescribed local anaesthetic cream. Only direct examination can confirm presence of Haemorrhoids.
Surgery is the best treatment available for Haemorrhoids. It is a minor surgery. If it is 1st or 2nd degree then Day care surgery is best suited.

Medications can bring only symptomatic improvement. Smuth cream contains lidocaine, a local anaesthetic to decrease/numb pain sensation. Along with it you can also try SITZ BATH. But inspite of all these, surgery is the mainstay of treatment.
I would suggest you to consider it. It has no side effects and recovery is also soon.

Hope I have answered your query.

You can always get back to me if you have further query.

Take care. Bye.
