Suggest Treatment For Piles And Chronic Constipation

default
Posted on Wed, 19 Nov 2014
Question: Hello Doctor
I am suffering from bleeding piles for past 9- 10 years. Frequency of blood loss was earlier irregular but of late has become quite regular, almost daily or alternate day. Blood loss occurs before and during evacuation and even without evacuation. I loose about 100 to 150 ml blood during bowel movement and without bowel movement. I had visited a surgeon for diagnosis about 2 years back. I was diagnosed with internal hemorroids - Grade 3. For which he had suggested surgical removal of hemorroids. As i am not interested in surgical removal of hemorroids, please suggest suitable remedy. I have tried some homeopathic medicines mentioned below but am unable to get permanent cure. Also suggest some medicine to arrest the sudden blood loss as it is causing weakness. I also had chronic constipation for which i have made some changes in the diet to bring in control but am unable to get any relief from bleeding piles. Please help. Thanks.

1. How can i know the degree of proplapse of rectum in my case? I was diagnosed with internal hemorroids - Grade 3, about two years back. My piles are about 9 to 10 years old. The piles bleed about twice a week without much pain though i feel soreness in anus sometimes.

2. Whether the medicines suggested by you to be taken continuously without any change in the prescribed medicines for a period of 6 to 8 months?

Brief Answer:
will explain

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Thanks for your reply.

1.If any mass comes out after you pass stools and manually you have to revert it back into your anus is said be grade 3. As you already diagnosed with grade 3 internal piles.

For your understanding if you didn't have such symptoms mentioned above and only problem of bleeding per rectum and anus it can easily managed by the prescription that I given in earlier conversation.
If you have the above symptoms like mass coming out you need a surgery . Oral medication will not help much.

2.The prescribed medicine can be followed for 6 months .
However consult nearby an ayurvedic physician for followup and continuing the medication with your symptoms if there any problems during the course of treatment period.
Hope i Answered your query.
Thank you
