Brief Answer:
Needs probiotics and follow-up

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your history and description it looks like viral or toxic enteritis.
Vomiting could have been caused by virus or toxins in food or water.
I usually advice probiotics like bifilac one XXXXXXX twice daily to help in digestion.
Another tip is to avoid milk and oily foods to help in digestion. Give bland foods only.
If vomiting persists consult your doctor again to rule out other causes like intestinal obstruction etc I hope the blood reports come normal.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun

Brief Answer:
Try iron supplements

Detailed Answer:
It is normal to see some pieces of vegetables in stools at this age
You can try iron supplements like hemsi or trifer or dexorange 5 ml once daily for 3 months. This will help in increasing weight and immunity .

Sir, my son in his earlier reports and present reports showing elevated levels of alkaline phosphatase enzyme, what is the implication of these elevated levels ?
How can we bring these levels to normal?

Thank you for all your answers sir
doctor
Answered by Dr. Arun (11 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Will settle on own not very high

Detailed Answer:
Usually alkaline phosphatase is not considered high unless it is 3 to 4 times the upper limit.
Any mild viral infection can result in raised value.
In your child it is slightly high but not abnormal.
No need to worry. No treatment required.
Am based in XXXXXXX only.
