Brief Answer:
Please consult your ENT specialist first and if required then a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. If you have vertigo for 24 hours and it is not responding to dramamine then you should request an appointment with an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist doctor and then a Neurologist urgently.

2. Vertigo is the sensation of dizziness and can occur due to problems in the balancing mechanism of the inner ear and this is to be evaluated. The ENT specialist will assess the functioning of your inner ear balance mechanism.

3. If your inner ear tests are normal then it can be from any condition in the brain and this requires a consultation with the neurologist. They will do a detailed evaluation for the vertigo and its probable cause.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if there is any doubts.

Regards,
