Suggest Treatment For Persistent Rashes On Body
Question: my daughter (8) has had this "rash" all over her body for a week now. the eats and sleeps well and has tons of energy. has had no fever, injuries, or symptoms.

I can understand your concern for the rash in your daughter.
After analyzing the picture I can make out a possibility of "Livedo reticularis". It is a condition in which there is dilation of capillary blood vessels occurs. The stagnation of blood within these vessels causes mottled discolouration of the skin which appears exactly the same as in your daughter.
To confirm the same and guide you further I request you to kindly tell your present location and weather out their as this occurs mainly due to exposure to cold.

We live in wisconsin, the weather is moderate, but cold. I was thinking perhaps fifth disease, but could only find one image of the lacy rash. I also dont recall the rash begining on her face, but did first notice it in her shoulders chest and sides; progressing to her arms and legs. The rash does seem to become more prominent with warmer temperature like after a shower.

I suggest you to protect the little one from direct exposure to cold or especially sudden change in the environment. If the condition recurs frequently than can meet a doctor.
