Brief Answer:
Blood pressure changes to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, blood pressure changes should be taken into consideration as a possible cause of your symptoms.

It is necessary to measure your blood pressure for a couple of days and in different body positions (laying, sitting and standing) in order to evaluate correctly this possibility.

Other possibilities include any mild food poisoning, benign positional paroxysmal vertigo etc.

Please discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind Regards.

Brief Answer:
Inner ear dysfunction to consider too.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for your follow up question.

Those blood pressure changes may be only partially responsible for your symptoms, so, inner ear conditions such benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, Ménière's disease, vestibulitis, should be considered.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.
