Could Paxidep Cr 25 Cause Dizziness And Unstable Feelings?

i have been using paxidep cr 25 for last 4 days.my doctor recommended me as he diagnosed me anxiety disorder.he told me to have it in the night 1 tablet.since then i have been experiencing major dizzyness and not feeling stable. can i stop the medicine?will i have any withdrawl symptoms?

Paxidep CR contains paroxetine is a type of antidepressant belonging to the group of medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). It is used to treat depression and anxiety related conditions like panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Side effects of Paxidep CR are nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, tremors, headache, nervousness, fatigue, fainting, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, loss of appetite, increased sweating, allergic reactions. Stop taking this medication abruptly may cause some unpleasant side effects which is known as withdrawal symptoms like aggravating of anxiety, irritability, restlessness, sweating, headache, changes in sleep habits, shaking, confusion etc. So, consult your doctor before stop taking it.
