Brief Answer:
possibly hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The reason for dizziness and headache could possibly be low blood pressure or hypotension in your case and not MIRENA in any ways, simply because its a progesterone IUD and have been fitted in february, long time back to actually manifests any symptoms now. But sometimes dehydration of decreased water intake during the day with progesterone being released daily from MIRENA can often cause these symptoms. Pregnancy has been ruled out, so suggested that you should get your blood pressure checked and if low, then try maintaining a daily water intake of 4-5 litres of water, this should help.
