Question: Oct 20th, I had laparscopy surgery due to a twisted ovary on my left side due to a cyst that reptured moments before I was taken into my operation. I had a very long three month recovery. I continue to have abdominal cramping, and discomfort. I assumed I developed IBS and changed my diet, which seemed to help. I now have extreme rectal, lower spine area discomfort, feels like massive pressure accompanied by admonial cramping, and occasional sudden sharp pain on my right side, pelvic area. what is wrong with me?? help me please

Brief Answer:
Simple Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand what you are going through because of this.
It is seen in certain patients who have poor tissue reaction after surgery.
Nothing active can be done about it except for a very simple but really effective drug used for this.
I usually give tablet serratiopeptidase three times a day for 15 days and then same regimen for another 15 days.
Also give hot fomentation twice a day for same period with a hot water bottle.
Avoid constipation and try to take simple non spicy diet for this period.
Visit your gynecologist and discuss the above regimen and in case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.
Regards
Dr Manisha
