Question: My Body hurts I suspect its bones and I also have a painless lump on my neck front. ALL the areas which hurt seem to be on the same side as the lump. I did I thyroid ffunction test and the test came negative. what Is wrong with me

To recapitulate: Female/38 - all the areas of the body which hurt seems to be on the same side as that of the lump - painless lump on the neck front - thyroid functions normal - body hurts which you suspect to be of the bones - taking anti-inflammatory tablets and antihistamine - visited a Doctor.

- Since when have you got the pain on one side of the body?
- Which side of the body?
- Where exactly is the lump in the neck- size, mobility, pain on pressure, since when is the lump present?
- Any blood tests or ultrasound, FNAC or any other investigations?
- Any other information that you would like to share like loss of appetite or weight, fever, nausea?
- Is there any weakness on the affected side?
- Any headache or neck pains?

its been three months since I first saw it, It feels like its on the neck muscle if there is such. its on my right side of the body and all other aches are on that right hand side

I tire easily since I first observed this

I can only get to the specialist in a months time but I am worried my family has a history of cancer

Thanks for the feedback, partial though.
Since the lump has been noticed since 3 months, I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation preferably by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography of the neck for the lump and FNAC that is fine needle aspiration cytology.This will help us the most.
If the clinical evaluation indicates, MRI of the cervical spine to see for cervical spondilitis and CT scan/MRI of the brain as lesions in these can cause one sided body ache.
Blood tests as already advised above.

Take multivitamins as anti-oxidants as you tire easily.
Vitamin D in therapeutic dose if the blood tests indicates so.
Treatment of the lump in the neck as per the reports.
Treatment as per other reports and clinical evaluation.
