Brief Answer:
get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopedic surgeon. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Serum Calcium, Phosphorus levels.
3. Vitamin D3 levels.
4. Rheumatoid Factor.
5. ESR.
6. Serum Uric acid.
7. Temperature charting.
You can take paracetamol 500mg for relief from your symptoms.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
