Brief Answer:
Furuncle; Oral and Topical antibacterial

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image

This seems like a furuncle, which is a bacterial infection of skin and soft tissue.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you take an Oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin Or Cephalexin for a week. You may also take an Oral antiinflammatory e.g Ibuprofen, once or twice daily for symptomatic relief from pain. I would also suggest you to apply an antibacterial ointment e.g mupirocin Ointment Or Neomycin ointment, twice daily. Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and I suggest that you talk to your primary care physician for the needful.

Thanks Doctor. This helps. I was getting worried reading forums as the top hits on google for blisters in groin area were redirecting me to genitial herpes.
