Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through the details.

It is good that your STDs tests have come negative. But it is not clear about details of STDs tests.
Hsv1 IgG is positive .The burning sensation in penis may be due to herpes. You can consult your doctor for antiviral therapy.

The other symptoms are not specific. It may be due to anxiety too.It may not be due to HIV.You can go for HIV1&2 RNA PCR after 10 days of exposure to relieve your anxiety towards HIV.
We will Wait for the swab test report.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
