Question: I am 43 yr old female in good health and in the last few days I have pain in my wrist, my little fingers, the side of my foot, my big toe and my heels. any ideas?

You might have calcium and vitamin D deficiency

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you might be having osteoporosis with vitamin D 3 deficiency. It is common when a woman approaching her menopause and also when there is nutritional deficiency.
I would suggest you following.
1.Get your serum D3 and Bone mineral test .
2.get serum B12 test done.
if there is deficiency then start taking tablet Methylcobal and vitamin D 3 60,000 IU per week. Take Calcium 1 gram daily.
