Brief Answer:
Need to get Vitamin D levels to normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

I have gone through the question and understand your concern.

Persistent pain in wrist for over months, with minimum trauma and vitamin D deficiency suggests the onset of RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy)

This is a condition in which ,due to overactivity of sympathetic nervous system, the bones around the joint, especially wrist, become extremely weak and painful.

Calcium and vitamin deficiency is frequently associated with this condition.

This condition takes many days to get cured and needs agressive management.

It should include-

Vitamin D injections, calcium and calcitriol tablets, agressive physiotherapy and wrist strengthening exercises.

Hot fomentation, analgesics and LASER therapy can help.

An MRI of wrist should be done to rule out ligamentous injuries,TFCC tear etc.

I hope the answer was useful.
