Question: My brother's drinking has gotten out of control he can hardly walk can't talk lost weight has an extended belly and now is saying his testicles hurt doesn't want to go to the Dr. What is getting close to going to the hospital what's wrong

This sounds to me like liver failure caused by alcoholic liver cirrhosis and it usually lead to fluids accumulation in abdomen and legs and testicles, mental changes,general bad feeling,jaundice...
