Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms most likely are related to GERD (acid reflux). Since the recent ecg and laboratory data were normal and the stress test was normal 3 months ago you shouldn't worry about heart issues.

The stress test and cardiac echo should be done once a year. If you haven't done recently (within the year) endoscopy and Abdominal ultrasound you should do them again.

If you were my patient I would recommend as follows:
- Eat often and in small portion
- Avoid spicy food
- Avoid laying down 2-3 hours after eating
- Avoid consuming coffee, carbonated drink
- Use prilosec (PPI) and antacids.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
