Brief Answer:
If chest pain is still persistent an ECG would be advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.

As it is already sometime that you have posted the question , if the pain is still persistent that you should go nearby hospital casualty and just get an ECG . This should be done particularly if you are obese , smoke , have strong family history of heart problems and there was any any precipitating emotional and physical activity in last 24 hours .

Even though at your age it's rare that the pain is heart and the more common possibilities are gastric dyspepsia or more rarely muscular, going to casualty will help the doctor physically examine you and check your vitals particularly blood pressure.

You may upload the ECG for review. If normal consider taking Tab Neksium 40 mg once 15 mins before breakfast for 2 weeks. It's an antacid and has no gross side effects.
