Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis And Green Secretion

Question: I had a pain in my penis with green secretions (tiny dots) appeared on the underpants and can not be removed by washing, I test shows the my blood cells is high (27) but no indication of harmful bacteria. However the doctor gave my antibiotic (Traivid) that cured me for 10 days only. Another doctor gave me same anitibiotic (7 days) with other medicines but the disease came back again within 2 weeks. I made test after that indicated that am bot suffering from STD . For some reason the symptoms disappeared by its own for 1 months but the pain came again, the only person I had sexual relationship made a test and show normal blood cell (4) whlie mine was a little high (11) before the pain increases the day after during and after urination with greenish secretions

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have greenish discharge from urethra with burning while passing urine ,

This is mostly due to STD probably Gonorrhoea after having unprotected sex.

Please get the swab test of the discharge from urethra and urine culture done to confirm the diagnosis and organisms sensitivity pattern so that infection can be controlled completely by taking appropriate antibiotics.

In the mean while start taking Erythromycin along with Nitrofurantoin twice daily with urine alkaliser thrice daily.later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely.

Thing is, I have not done unprotected sex. However, is your prescription above proper incase of pregnancy?
What if the test did not confirm anything an same symptoms return back, what should I do then?d

.Recurrence of infection even after taking antibiotics indicates that it has not bee eradicated completely hence I have suggested you to get the tests done to confirm the diagnosis so that you can take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report to contrl the infection and help resolve your problem.

Hi,
I have made culture test today (the result after 3 days). However, I need to say that I did this test before urine analysis, and it also did not show any kind of bacteria, am afraid that I am suffering from new bacteria that resist antibiotics so the infection eradicated after 7 a course of 7 days and without sexual relationship, when I drink ALOT of water I feel much better but the urine is still greenish.
I need to say that I have a minor piles (dont feel that I want to cure it) and burning/Itching on behind my head, so I dont know if those have any relationship with my infection
