Suggest Treatment For Pain During Erection

Question: Hi i take vyvanse and adderrall and while masturbating on it I gripped the base too hard and there was a sharp pain from the right side of the base of the shaft on the bottom. It seemed to mostly heal and then while sleeping with a girl after taking adderrall and drinking heavily I woke up with it in a weird position and there was pain from the base again and seemingly close to the urethra. I've also masturbated on lexapro and that seems to aggravate it as well. So far I've recently taken 10 day off from anything and notice possible improvement but hard to quantify it I can masturbate but I am hesitant when I do to let my penis get as hard as possible because it feels like something in the base will be aggravated based on past experience and in complete flaccid state there is a little tingly pain but not nerve type necessarily in the base next to urethra I was wondering if it is an arterial thing and can it heal. Also while we are at it the tip of my penis is pretty red has been since I can remember and is not smooth on the top but the underside is and has better coloration so basically half my penis is red and wrinkly. Saw my general pediatrician and he had me try the jock itch cream on it and the 1% gel stuff that is supposed to be safer and not thin the skin like steroid creams. Needless to say it didn't go away I'm wondering if it is purely irritation from boxers and dryness, I've taken accutane in the past as well.

Thanks,

1. Is the erection painful every time?
Yea slightly the harder the erection the more it seems like it will trigger pain
2. Does the pain resolve after loosing erection?
No it stays during the flaccid state
3. How long has it been so?
A month, but slight improvement it has kind of been triggered during vyvanse and adderrall and lexapro masturbation or intercourse sessions

Brief Answer:
Seems to be vascular

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up information.
From what you have stated it appears that the reason is vascular. Probably the first day you have had pain, the sex was quite aggressive and this might have led to a tear in the penile musculature. Now penis is a very vascular structure and heals well without much efforts. However you need to give it some time to heal. Generally it heals in 10-15 days, but at times it may take a month.

What you can do is, give your penis rest from masturbation and sex for a month and in case if there is pain , the same can be controlled using crocin 500mg as a painkiller.

If the pain doesn't resolve in 1 month then you need to undergo a penile Doppler study. Penile doppler study is a USG procedure where they will be producing an erection and looking at the blood flow in your penis. That way they can diagnose if at all there is any tear.

Hope this helps,
Kind regards
