Brief Answer:
Advised Kidney function test, proper management of neurogenic bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam

Thank you for asking to healthcaremagic

Your symptoms could be related to reduced kidney function i.e metabolic wastes like urea, creatinine accumulate in the blood which can cause generalised itching without visible lesions

Also proper management of neurogenic bladder is required in the form of Pharmacotherapy (with oxybutinin, tolterodine),bladder stimulation and if needed surgery.

Please consult your nephrologist/primary care physician discuss the issue and get the kidney function tested.

Hope this helps you
