Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Small cysts in both the ovaries with irregular periods is suggestive of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
It is a hormonal disorder in which there is irregular periods due to irregular or no ovulation at all.
Lifestyle modification like exercise and outdoor games, and weight loss are the key to the treatment of PCOS.
I will suggest her to consult an OBGYN specialist to get appropriate investigations like blood sugars and serum DHEAS levels, and take treatment accordingly.
Metformin, oral contraceptive pills are given to regulate the periods.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
