Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness And Tinnitus

Question: Hello. I have been experiencing nausea and fatigue the past 3 days. My heart is racing. It's regular, but beating loudly. I have been under stress and mild depression Im sure it is stress/anxiety, but I stood up to fast and just experienced dizziness and a loud in my ears. It lasted for about 2-3 min. Suggestions?

I read your query and understood your concerns.

My opinion is that your symptoms may be aggravated by stress and anxiety especially heart beating to fast and loudly.

But dizziness and a loud in your ears are caused by inner ear problems and should be evaluated by an ENT specialist.

If you were my patient I would start Betahistine to relief your dizziness and ear loudness.

I really appreciate the feedback. I have been having chronic sinus issues. I will make an appointment with an ENT at Kaiser. I will also schedule an appointment with my PCP to see if I need blood pressure medication . I agree with your thoughts. Thank you again!
