If you are taking pain medication this can definitely contribute to constipation.

Regarding the constipation there are multiple over-the-counter remedies that can provide relief. I would consider using Dulcolax twice daily and possibly adding MiraLAX if the Dulcolax is not successful. At the same time it is reporting that you maintain good hydration as well.

If the constipation continues and does not respond to over-the-counter remedies then you should be seen by your local primary care provider as soon as possible.
