Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be brain tumor

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Generalized muscle weakness and soreness can be due to some muscle disease.
Slurring of speech is suggestion for involvement of cranial musculature.
It's unlikely to be brain tumor.
Is there any headache, vomiting, decreased hearing, seizure, loss of consciousness, facial deviation, nasal regurgitation, chewing difficulty. Is there easy fatiguability or fluctuations in weakness. Is there any drooping of eyes.
Any urinary involvement.
You need to provide details.
It's better to consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and investigation for treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Consult rheumatologist or physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Joint pain and cracking sounds on moving joints may be suggestive of arthritis.
Some joint problems have onset in young age group.
You need to consult a physician or preferably rheumatologist for proper examination and evaluation and treatment.
Also you require some investigations like automated count, ESR, Rheumatoid factor, urea, creatinine.
Other investigation should be planned after examination.
