Hi, welcome to HCM, Neither Gabapentin, nor Ropinirole have side effect of muscle cramps. Please look out for other causes of cramps like deficiency of sodium, calcium or vitamin E. It can also happen due to a viral infection. Please revert back--regards

Hi, like I said it could be due to salt, calcium or vitamin E deficiency. Please take some lemon juice with salt, an OTC calcium 500 mgs and Vitamin E-400 mgs. for a week. You can take Tylenol 500 too if really required. If no improvement please see your doctor for further evaluation. Regards
