Question: I have visibly noticeable mild swelling (puffy) in right side of face in front of ear, below jaw, and neck. No pain or discomfort other than feeling the puffiness. Slight sensitivity under tongue on right side. The condition has been present for about 1 week. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
gum or tooth infection, medication, orthopantomograph

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and the image. as per the image there is slight asymmetry on the right side of the face. As far as the swelling is concerned, I have the following possibilities,
The swelling can be secondary to either tooth or gum infection.
The other possible cause can be any infection in the salivary gland.

I will recommend a visit to an oral physician and get it evaluated. I would advise you to get a radiograph like orthopantomograph to confirm the diagnosis. If I am your treating doctor I would have advised you to take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic) in the meanwhile. Do saline gargling.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. take care.
