I have had some coughs sporadically in between but not much and not contstant. It eases out normally.
Last week of August I have dveloped symptom of having pain in collar bone area .. It lasted for one week but very mild and not continuous... from last 2 weeks I was having back pain , shoulder pain but it was also not constant.. some day it is better but someday it is not good and irritating ..

from this week Monday I again have some throat irritation and body pains.. mostly when I am stretching out it felt but at rest as well it is felt

i was having some gas issues earlier in between but I am having omeprazole daily now and gas issues are fine

I had gone through your query and i can understand your concern
No need to worry, it not a sign and symptom of lung cancer. Moreover your chest X ray and ECG have come out normal.
For generalized body ache you can take pain killers like Tablet Diclofenac/Ibubrofen twice daily after food for 2-3 days. Continue Omeprazole tablet along with these.
For severe back pain you can get done Physiotherapy with massage or
Infrared Heat radiation.
Use hot/cold packs to get relieve.
Get done hot oil massage.
You can use analgesic spray over the painful area

For throat irritation you have to do salt with warm water gargling 2-3 times a day.
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Avoid oily food
You can take Tab Levocitrezine tablet once daily if you have cold

For your Gas pronblem
Drink plenty of water
Avoid spicy /junk food
Have food on time
Take proper rest

Brief Answer:
Clinical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing again
You may need complete clinical examination and investigations of respiratory system.
So you have to meet near by Pulmonologist /Internal medicine specialist. You may need one opinion of orthopaedic surgeon.
There are many reasons for getting cancer
If you are chronic smoker. then chances of getting cancer is high.Whether active or passive smoker, you will be affected.
If you are inhaling any other carcinogenic gas for longer duration.
Heredity and environmental factors are also play important role.

Pain killers you are not supposed to take for longer time, it has its own side effect. Instead you can go for physiotherapy after consulting the doctor.
Just by taking history of patient its difficult to say that you are suffering from cancer. It requires complete clinical examination and investigations of respiratory system for the confirmation.
