Brief Answer:
Regarding to your description is not a syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Polycystic ovary syndrome signs include elevated levels of androgens, irregular periods, obesity and polycystic ovaries.

So, according to information provided about your doughter's concerns, it is not a syndrome.

In my opinion, gallbladder problem should be evaluated further by blood tests ( CBC, liver function tests, inflamation tests ) and by imaging studies ( ultrasound, MRI).

If there results gallbladder problems (stones, infection etc.) this condition should be treated first.

Migraine headaches should be treated as usual by a Neurologist.

Polycystic ovaries should be treated after gallbladder condition is treated or excluded and abdominal symptoms persist.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.
