Question: I took a few meds 48 hrs ago. I feel as if one is lodged in chest. When I swallow it still feel like it's there. It feels as if it is stuck in my chest in the center.

See in your case, we should first rule out aspiration of foreign body (medicine tablet) in your case.
Best way to rule out this is endoscopic evaluation of trachea and lungs.
But aspiration causes constant coughing and Chest pain.
So please let me know
1. Do you have constant coughing?
2. Do you have constant chest pain?
See endoscopy is not a routine procedure. If you are having all these symptoms then you should go for endoscopic evaluation.
