Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of either p rosea or polymorphic light eruption

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have also seen the Image.

They can be either Pityriasis Rosea Or they could either be a Light eruption, since they are on the sun exposed part of the arm (outer arms).

-How long since you noticed them?
-Are there any more on the upper legs, abdomen, chest, back?

I suggest you to use a mid potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
It is a prescription steroid and therefore you may talk to your doctor for the needful.
Keep your arms covered with full sleeve clothing.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of pityriasis rosea

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thank you for the additional information. I will keep a possibility of Pityriasis Rosea.
It is type of hypersensitivity reaction to various inciting causes like common viral infections/ common cold, certain drugs, food and food preservatives/additives etc.
I will suggest you to use a topical mid potent steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% or a superpotent steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05%, twice daily. These are prescription steroids and therefore you need to talk to your doctor for the needful.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching, if any.
