What causes penile itching every time after having sex?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Dearr, Iam a married man and I have an issue that I develop a scratching after I sleep with my wife, when I use clop M cream that is clobetasol propionate and miconozole nitrate cream it get healed. But when after the next coming togeter with my wife it recurs. kindly advise me.

Sex without enough lubrication, dry skin of the penis, friction causing rough sex etc could cause friction burn and result in an itchy penis.
