I think the problem started from last 6 to 8 months and i am not sure how it happened. Yes its takes time to get erected and the ejaculation problem happens quickly. No i m not married and when i had sex with my girl friend i m having the issue. I am a fit guy . Yes I smoke and drink on weekends. I had a successful intercourse about 4 to 5 months back but the erection wont stand for long. The biggest problem i m not having complete erection. I do Masturbation 4 to 5 times a week.

Brief Answer:
stop smoking

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for information and sorry for delayed response.

Only negative part is smoking in your history it can contribute to erectile dysfunction. I recommend stopping the same. Alcohol at weekend in limited amount is fine.

As you are able to masturbate and enjoy, there is less likely possibility of any physical problem in erection.

In many males like you who are involved with girlfriend suffer from such problem due to performance anxiety also. I would like to describe what performance anxiety is and let me know it is there in your case or not.

Paying attention to erection leads to performance anxiety. Sometime due to fatigue, lack of mood, situational problem or environmental changes man can fail in sex. It is normal phenomenon. After such failure when person actively thinks about erection or success of intercourse/masturbation, his mind is likely diverted to such thoughts. This is called performance anxiety. For constant erection continuous exciting/romantic/erotic feelings should be there in mind. If mind diverted to concern about erection, erection becomes weak or lost.

Other reason for weak erection is low testosterone. You should go for Serum testosterone level : Fasting morning sample should be given and free and total testosterone should be assessed. If deficiency is there, supplement can be given.

Please also clarify that your erection loses before ejaculation or after ejaculation.

What is actually happening when you try for intercourse in last 4-5 months?

I will guide you further after your response.
