Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones

Question: Hello. I recently had kidney stones. The analysis showed it was a calcium oxalate monohydrate stone. What can I do to avoid recurrence of such stones? What kind of a diet would help?

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you had kidny stone and stone analysis has revealed it to be Calcium Oxalate stone .

Following general measures will help you yo prevent recurrence of stone to some extent
1) Drink minimum 5 liters of water in 24 hours. so that you can produce 2 liters of urine in 24 hours
2) Eat fewer Oxalate-rich foods.such as spinach, rhubarb, nuts, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes. .
3)Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein.like meat,eggs etc ...
4)Continue eating calcium-rich foods, \
5) Avoid getting UTI .

I am a vegetarian and eat eggs at times. please suggest a diet that's low on salt and animal protein.

Low salt diet means do not take salt rather than what has been added while cooking .
Since you are vegetarian there is no neeed to go in deatail about animal protein which includes meat ,fish etc .

You can have vegetables like flower.sponge guard ,potato ,beans etc.
