Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms you are explaining may be due to uric acid increase or rheumatoid arthritis, trauma.

So I advise you to get serum uric, serum RA factor, ESR,CRP levels done and send me the report.

If there is history of trauma then get xray of that finger done and send me the report, otherwise no need.

Till the have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day by prescription of your doctor as this is not over the counter.

Avoid alcohol, smoking, high protein diet.

Have fresh fruits in your diet.

Have a lot of liquid in diet.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,
