Question: I am traveling to Liberia. After 1 month stay here i am getting rashes and itches on my arms. What precautions should i take ?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergic reaction from some thing you exposed. If you using any detergents or new soaps then try changing it. Other possibilities are caterpillar or insect bites. Taking cetirizine (zyrtec) 10mg once daily and applying calamine lotion locally on the rashes will be helpful.
If there is no improvement then you should do blood routine examination and consult your GP.
