Question: Hello Dr XXXXXXX
If you remember I had a long discussion with you a while back about my condition in previous threads. my situation till now has not yet improved unfortunately, one day actually i was driving long distances and had to block my urine for quite some time until i reached home, it was painful actually. that same night i developed rash hives in different areas in my body which lasted for 2 hours. The next day it also happened and then after that it never came back. I am almost positively sure that it is related to my irritated urethra and rectum, does this make any sense? my penis shaft and head are also red and sensitive. I tested for any food allergies and was cleared from everything also i tested for urine (first and middle fl
ow) bacterial growrh culturr and it was no growth. Any other ideas doctor on what it could be causing all this? Thanks

Thanks for writing again .

The rash on body and hive that you had for fwe hours is most unlikely related to your urethra irritation .

It could be due allergic reaction to some thing else like dust Since all the relevant test are negative you should not be worried at all .

If you get it again consult Allergy Specialist or take anti histamine drug like Cetrizine for 3-4 days .

As regards redness of glans and shaft of the penis your urine test and culture being negative you should not be worried at all .

everytime i feel irritation and discomfort inside the penis a rash redness would appear on the head and shaft, if no bacterial infection is there thenwhat is it thats causing this? Have u had such cases of patients?

Can you recommend a qualified urologist in Dubai or Abu Dhabi that you may know of?
I am somehow certain that my irritated urethra condition is related to the condom breaking incident and me cumming at the same time and some allergic chemical or substance entered my urethra. i was in touch with the girl lately (3 months post exposure) and she tested negative for all STD's.
