Brief Answer:
Please get a pregnancy test done and follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

If you were not ovulating regularly prior to the initiation of the current treatment, it is not possible to say if you have ovulated this cycle unless you have had one of the tests like calculation of the basal body temperature or the follicular studies. The initiation of ovulation depends on the correction of the related hormone imbalances.

I would ask you, in the current scenario, to go for a pregnancy test, preferably the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres as you receive your hormone assessment. You should follow it up with a visit to your consultant. A trans-vaginal sonogram may also be necessary.

If pregnancy test is positive, and if you wish to continue the pregnancy, management will be done accordingly. If pregnancy test is negative, you should be checked for the correction of the hormone balance and adjustment of dosages needed, if any.

Maintenance of proper diet, weight and regular exercise are essential.

Hope I have clarified your query. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
