Question: I have been having on and off low grade fever (99-100) ( 3 times this winter) with headache runny nose chills body aches and night sweats all that that seem to last for 36 hours and then leave as fast as they began . It seems to happen in the winter months only (I live in the Northeast) I also have sleep apnea but clean my mask and water tank daily and the hose weekly as recommended. I also have had sinus infections on and off for the last there years . what can it be

What you are describing seems like common colds (upper respiratory tract infections). They have the symptoms you described and last for 3-5 days in general but depending on the virus and the immunity of the person they may last longer or for shorter time like you your case. Also it is common to have them in the winter time which is when this viruses go around.
If you don't have symptoms that last after them, means that you have gone through them without complications. I don't think the 3 cases are related to each other because the episodes are far apart from each other.
