Brief Answer:
Constipation related indigestion and anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms
1) Symptoms of indigestion, gas and stomach ache are not related to anal fissure directly.
2) But having constipation since long period will contribute to indigestion secondary to slow intestine movement and incomplete defecation; also it will lead to development of anal fissure.
3) you must take stool softener or laxative to control constipation.
4) You can take anti-acidity medication (Pantoprazole), intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation (Unienzyme), anti-spasmodic medication to control stomach ache (Spasmoproxyvon) for your symptoms.
5) Correction of constipation will not only lead to improvement of your symptoms but also promote healing of anal fissure.
6) For anal fissure, you can use topical anesthetic medication ointment to control peri-anal pain.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
