Brief Answer:
Explained in detail.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Nice to hear from you again.

During the first trimester of pregnancy, it is very normal to have these symptoms.
The pregnancy hormones are responsible for that.
Also, the uterus grows and presses on the stomach and nearby organs, leading to feeling of pressure and vomiting sensation.

I will give you some personally tried and tested tips, which will surely make you feel better.
1. First of all, do not get up on an empty stomach. Even if you do not feel like, just have a salty cracker or some flavoured toast as soon as you get up.
2. Purchase these medications - Sinate - OD. No other brand, no other substitute. Just Sinate - OD. Take these tablets twice a day, morning and evening. They contain folic acid also so you do not need to take folic acid tablets separately. They contain medications that will help you to fight the sensation of vomiting.
3. Instead of 2 - 3 big meals, eat every 2 - 3 hours. Take snacks such as - chilled yoghurt with coriander / mint leaves, sprouts with lemon and imli chutney, fresh fruits cut into fruit chaat, vegetable soup with herbs and seasoning. Basically enhance the flavour of your food with good herbs and natural seasoning. Use rock salt instead of common salt. Use honey instead of sugar.
4. Avoid eating outside. Eat fresh, home made , hot food.
5. Take lots of liquids, atleast 5 - 6 litres per day - soups, broth, juice, nimbu pani, buttermilk.
6. The vomiting will subside mostly as soon as the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are completed. Till then do not think of nutrition, eat whatever tickles your palate . Your taste buds are more important right now, so eat whatever you feel like. You can have pickles, chutney, whatever you need to make your food more tasty.
7. For good bowel movement, it is vital to drink lots of fluids. Also, it is important to take lots of fibre ( fruits and green vegetables ) in your diet. Try to avoid medication for constipation, as it is habit forming . These changes normally occur in pregnancy, and so are temporary.
8. Lastly, remember that inspite of all measures, some pregnant women continue to face these issues persistently. But the good news is that they mostly get controlled after the first 10 - 12 weeks of pregnancy, as the hormones stabilize.

All the best
