Brief Answer:
It suggest high risk for coronary heart disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your hscrp level is high. Normally it should be less than 1. If it is between 1 to 3 then it suggest intermediat risk. And more than 3 is suggestive of high risk. Your level is 3.6 so you have high risk for coronary heart disease. Moreover you have low HDL is also a high risk factor. No need to worry. You should take care of your health. Control your cholesterol levels. Go for regular check up of your blood pressure. If needed you can take drugs like atorvastatin according to your doctor's advice to control your lipid level. You can take prophylactic aspirin like drug.Just consult your physician and go for complete check up and take treatment accordingly.

Chang in life style may help you.

Hi, dear.

You need to change your lifestyle. Take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Do regular exercise, regularly check your blood pressure and sugar. If you are over weight then reduce your weight. If you smoke then avoid it.
You should go for repeat hscrp once at interval of one month. Average of two hscrp value give you more idea. If still after a month your hscrp level remain high then you should contact your physician and start prophylactic treatment if required.
