Brief Answer:
if you hace complains see immediately ER doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! Regarding your concern I would say that it must be judged by your actual complains. If you are experiencing headache, dizziness, shortness of breathing, etc thenyou need to see a doctor in ER for a better evaluation and a preliminary drug therapy to relief your complains and control blood pressure.
If you are on chronic treatment for high BP then you may need to increase the current dose or take an extra just for a fast BP lowering effect.
After first management you need to see your GP doctor or an internist to evaluate your physixal examination and to check blood tests, ECG, blood pressure monitoring; and to explore the possibility 5 starting a therapu if it is dealed with a repeated or chronic problem.
Hope to have been helpful.
Feel free to ask me whenever you need.
