Question: hi
i am 39yrs old/male
height-165cm / weight-70kg.
during my medical check-up ,my bp measured 190/115
and abnormal heart beat.
please your kind advice

Thanks for using HCM.

You must continue life long BP medication. As your initial reading is very high ,you will need more than one medicine of different group to control your BP. You should aim BP below 140/90. You may discuss with your doctor to choose a medicine from AcE inhibitor. You are already taking cilinidipine.

Beside this you must get ECG, kidney functions, lipid profile and blood sugar test done. This will help to know associated problems like high cholesterol and diabetes. It is very important to check kidney functions.

You should avoid stress, walk for 30 min daily and avoid high salt intake Waiting for your feed back
