Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Child Birth While On Meprate
Question: hi, i am having over bleeding after delivery,now i used meprate for 6 days taking 2 tablets per day,now i got periods but there is only light bleeding.why it is like that?

It is common to have increased bleeding after pregnancy especially in lactational period
But since it has been a long period of time since you delivered in august 2014, I would like to advise you a pelvic scan to see for endometrial health and presence of ovarian Cyst.
In the meanwhile you need to take care of the contraception part also.
This light bleeding is probably because of the effect of meparate and nothing else.
Get an ultrasound done and in case you need to discuss the report, please feel free to ask anything as I will be glad to answer.
