Brief Answer:
Cause of headaches has to be evaluated...

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic.

I see that you are suffering from Headaches and fluid retention. I see that you also suffer from Hypertension. From what you have told me, you have been on Triazide and soon you will be starting Ramipril.

Now, Ramipril is an Anti hypertensive medication. It also helps in situations of Heart Failure. Where the heart is under performing in its job of pumping blood. It is not known to help in treating headaches.

Have you ever had your headache evaluated? When does the headache normally start? What parts of the head does it affect? Are there any visual changes or nausea associated with the headache? What have you taken to help with the pain? Does sleeping it off help?

As for the Water retention, could you tell me a little about your heart health? Have you had an ECHOcardiogram or ECG recently?

If you could answer these questions for me, I would be able to give you a useful game plan for managing these issues properly.
