Question: Hello. I am a 37 year old female who fell down the staircase at my house approx. 3 days ago. I since have had really bad headaches and nausea. How long will this last? I am on my way to Disney World with children and I can't enjoy myself with this much pain in my head and nausea. Help.

Brief Answer:
Need to be examined by a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. From the information you have provided, I am concerned you have suffered a head injury. The persisting headache coupled with nausea at three days would suggest this. Therefore, you need to see a doctor soon. Other concerning symptoms would be unusual drowsiness or loss of balance and dizziness.
I suggest you go to an ED as soon as you can. I realise this will be difficult if you are travelling but you should be assessed by a doctor and may need a scan. In the meantime you could either continue the Excedrin or try ibuprofen. Do not take both as Excedrin contains aspirin which is similar to ibuprofen.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
