Question: I have pain below the belly button and above private parts. Comes and goes. Recently have had dark green stools and now they are loose. Low back pain yesterday after standing for 3 hours straight. Almost feels like cramps. Foul-smelling, cloudy urine.

Brief Answer:
Investigation is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you haven't mentioned any medical history so I'll assume you're healthy.
Green loose stool and lower abdominal pain may mean gastrointestinal infection. When the stool is moving fast through the intestinal lumen it tends to get green. Gastroenteritis and diverticulitis are potential causes.

Urinary tract infection may also present with lower abdominal pain (or discomfort) usually accompanied by a burning sensation in the urethra, frequency and urgency. The urine can be cloudy and foul-smelling.

Without any other medical history the aforementioned diagnoses have to be investigated first. If no diagnosis can be proven initially then more detailed investigation might be needed.

Contact me again, if you'd like to ask for clarifications or if you want to add any relevant details.

Kind Regards!
