Brief Answer:
Take treatment for fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed tinea infection in the groin region ,which is basically a fungal infection .
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected area twice daily .Use it regularly for atleast two weeks .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection .
You might need a course of oral antifungals if the infection still tends to persist or increase.

Hope it helps
