Question: Last night my wife and I ordered Sushi delivery, I'm fine, she got sick -- the weird thing was that, besides vomiting (not much actually, just enough to be annoying for her), she was disoriented, didn't know where she was for about an hour and her lips turned bright pinkish-purple, her tongue seemed normal. Was that typical food poisoning?

Brief Answer:
No, this is not typical food poisoning.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, this is not typical food poisoning.
Food poisoning is having diarrhea for sure.
So possibility of food poisoning is less likely.
In my opinion, she is having acute allergy from the food.
So please let me know
1. Is she having diarrhea?

No, she wasn't having any diarrhea. And she's sleeping right now, peacefully. Last night, at one point, she actually asked me "where am I?" and she was clearly having some twitching in her arms and hands. She takes several meds, including methadone, furosimide, Eliquis, Lisinopril (excuse my spelling on some of these) and also hydrochloroquine. She has a pretty standard case of congestive heart failure as well. But last night, she was in another world, so to speak. Thanks for your help -- Christian (her husband)
